Welcome to Upskill Academy, powered by Nova Digital. These Terms and Conditions govern your registration, participation, and use of our courses and digital learning platform. By registering, accessing, or continuing with any course on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid on or before the due dates.
• Delay of fee payment without prior communication will result in immediate suspension or disconnection of your account.
• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Course fees are non-refundable, even if you fail to complete the course after registration.
• Course modules will only be unlocked progressively in line with the payment plan chosen and completed.
• If you are attending physical classes you are also not allowed to to join classes before registration is completed 

2. Course Participation

• Students are required to participate actively in lessons, assignments, and quizzes to successfully complete their courses.
• A certificate will not be issued to any student who fails to complete the entire course content, including all modules, assignments, and quizzes.
• Failure to attend or complete a course does not entitle a student to a refund or course credit.

3. Certification

• Upon successful completion of a course, participants will be awarded an Industrial Expertise Certificate powered by Nova Digital.
• This certification reflects practical, industry-based training using real business case studies drawn from Nova Digital’s operations and service portfolio.
• Certificates are only valid when issued directly by Upskill Academy and may not be reproduced, altered, or misused in any form.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must conduct themselves with integrity, discipline, and professionalism throughout their learning journey.
• Any form of academic dishonesty, plagiarism, misuse of platform resources, or disruptive behavior may result in account termination without refund.
• Sharing login details or learning materials with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Upskill Academy and Nova Digital.
• Unauthorized distribution, duplication, or resale of course materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
